Valerio Adami is presenting in Paris, at Galerie Strouk, a selection of recent works.
The maestro often declares that the role of the artist is to defend his own conception of art, and this is precisely what he does in his new canvases: an allegorical world, shaped by his travels and cultural experiences, imbued with introspection and melancholy, which conveys, as Daniel Arasse writes, “the imminence of a tragedy.
